It’s pretty easy to fall into bad habits that impede life around the house. A happy routine can support a happy mood, so if we stick to positive routines around our homes, we stand a good chance of keeping negative habits at bay.

There is some psychological evidence behind the power of routine to support contentment, even happiness. Although adventure and spontaneous action can lend spice to our lives, they can make life seem a bit chaotic, and that can prove stressful. This article covers the topic of continuous improvement and how I have introduced it to my life. In my opinion perfection is not a state, but a decision, lifetime commitment. By doing small improvements over time, you accrue interest over the years.

Accessing that part of the brain is harder than it sounds because both other parts have to work in unison.

This article will combine two of my previous articles (Subconscious Mind – How to Unlock and Use Its Power and How to Learn Meditation and Change Your Mind and Body) and will teach you how to access (and influence) the data stored in your subconscious mind.
